My dentist for this visit did an excellent job as well, explaining everything to me and during the deep cleaning made me feel comfortable and in good hands. She is a wonderful dentist, very kind and caring. Very important when you are having someone working so close to you. I went to Mint after not having been to a dentist in .... an unGodly amount time. I am super horrible at names but all of the staff are always really nice. I have only been to the Irving location, but I have not had an unpleasant experience since starting my dental care in May 2020. I went back today for a regular check up & cleaning 2/5/21, and the result remains the same. Even though there was a little bit of a back up due to staffing - they still remained professional and considerate of patient's time. I hope that I am remembering her name correctly, but I believe it was Candace along with the front desk staff made the experience as pleasurable as possible considering it IS the dentist. More

The people there were nice as usual and unbelievably understanding for any question, inconvenience, discomfort, etc. They were quick to respond any time I would raise my hand to catch attention and never showed any disapproval whenever I would ask for a moment. Absolutely amazing! The staff here is fantastic! I hadn’t gone to the dentist in 10 years! I got cleaning and wanted veneers. The doctor looked at my teeth and instead of trying to get me to buy $4000 worth of teeth she recommended another procedure covered by my insurance. I got a full deep cleaning, teeth straightened and fillings. Best experience of my life! Wow! Jessica and the two doctors were so amazing! Thank you I could cry with happiness. The dental assistant Jessica was the sweetest and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. The hygienist was gentle yet thorough with the cleaning. The doctor continuously asked if I was okay while working on me. When I showed concern they went above and beyond and I was given special attention to my requests. After you fill out your paperwork they offer you a tablet to watch tv or to listen to some music while you wait. The decor in this office will relax you and have you thinking you are visiting a friend instead of a dentist. Once you go to the back, the ladies and gentlemen offer you once again the option to watch Netflix or listen to Pandora while you are getting worked on. They scheduled me as a NEW patient less than a week later, which was impressive! At my appointment today. I was greeted by friendly and professional staff. The office was tidy and clean. The dental assistant was super sweet, professional and explained everything she was going to do prior to starting each task. I was seen by the doctor who had viewed my x-rays and already had a treatment plan in mind prior to seeing me. We discussed everything, she answered all of my questions and we agreed upon a plan. Afterward, since I was due for my routine teeth cleaning, I had that done while I was there. The hygienist did an outstanding job and was very informative during the process. Everything was well coordinated and efficient throughout the entire visit! My next visit was scheduled prior to leaving and I expect it will be an equally great experience. More

Grapevine TX MINT Dentistry--I would love to give this a 4 star but my appointment was at 12pm, and I was not seen until after 1pm. If I didn't have to be back to work, I wouldn't have minded as much, but being that someone takes the time to schedule an appointment, the appointment time should be respected. ON THE OTHER HAND, the staff was very kind. The hospitality shown throughout the entire staff is amazing. The dental hygienist front desk clerks, and dentist were all very nice and made me feel comfortable and important. The dental Hygienist was very easy to have conversation with and that isn't easy with someone who have horrible anxiety like myself, but she succeeded. She was also very gentle during the cleaning compared to other places where I have severe gum discomfort for days later. I will be scheduling another appointment soon, and really hope i can come back and give this a 5 star! More

Grapevine TX MINT Dentistry--I would love to give this a 4 star but my appointment was at 12pm, and I was not seen until after 1pm. If I didn't have to be back to work, I wouldn't have minded as much, but being that someone takes the time to schedule an appointment, the appointment time should be respected. ON THE OTHER HAND, the staff was very kind. The hospitality shown throughout the entire staff is amazing. The dental hygienist front desk clerks, and dentist were all very nice and made me feel comfortable and important. The dental Hygienist was very easy to have conversation with and that isn't easy with someone who have horrible anxiety like myself, but she succeeded. She was also very gentle during the cleaning compared to other places where I have severe gum discomfort for days later. I will be scheduling another appointment soon, and really hope i can come back and give this a 5 star! More

This is my second visit here. The first time wasn’t bad but it wasn’t as friendly as I would have liked. Bc I feel awkward at the dentist and that’s why I hate going.This time around, Jessica was the one who cleaned my teeth and she was friendly and made me feel so comfortable despite not being able to really breath from being congested. Simone was the assistant I think and she was there the whole time. She is totally cool and honestly I wish I could be her friend! Haha They both are wonderful!!I had a regular cleaning, which again, Jessica did an awesome job. She took her time. Last time the lady I had rushed a bit and my teeth didn’t feel clean. The people at front dance were very friend and hip, they helped me with my first time patient paper work. The office is more casual than your typical doctor's office. TV in the examination room and a relaxing chair. My hygienist was very polite and friendly. They offered me free teeth whitening if u have PPO insurance where u get your teeth molded to trays for nightly use. I'll definitely recommend to anyone that wants a laid back environment to go to the doctor/dentist . More

First off I wanna say that I love working for Mint, the atmosphere here is so awesome, even tho I work in the call center everyone I work with is very passionate about helping our patients needs to our best ability, Mint is the best around DFW and anyone who has been here can agree with me! I've only worked here for about a month and a half but from what I am told if you wanna succeed and move up in the company you have to be dedicated and willing to do anything even if it's out of your job title, things like that will get you noticed. This was last year 09/2015 and I don't know why it was never posted this is so weird. Okay I'm going to be real with everyone, I have been hearing about Mint Dentistry for a very long time on K104 with Lady Jade and Mr., Harrison. I always said man I want to do that, at that moment I didn't have PPO, & just found out yesterday with my new insurance that I did. I called first thing in the morning today, called to set an appointment. Wow all was booked; I talked with a Nice Lady by the name of Cassandra. I asked her if anyone cancels if I can take the spot she said yes to call and check daily, I called an hour later & what do you know someone cancelled their apt so what do you know, I'm here now, the moment I walked in I was greeted offered water, some beats, or a tablet. The paper work wasn't so long; the wait was not long either. When I went to the back they gave me a tour, took ex-rays and went straight to work to see all I needed, then the doctor came in checked out my teeth, financial came in to let me know what I was going to need and how much I was going to pay, then to work they went. Painless, friendly, listened to Pandora for a bit & then Watched Ninja Turtles on Netflix through my whole cleaning. 3 girls at the front-desk super friendly! This place is on a whole other level when it comes to technology and the 'sign in process'. You get an IPad when you arrive, fill out your information on it, and then they provide you Beats headphones. You continue to keep the iPad and headphones until your entire visit is over. That was probably the greatest part of the experience. These were the only things I didn't like. It's a continuous circle of people. You see a different person who comes in to do each task. I didn't like that, would have preferred one person. My dentist was a little rough in my mouth, so that made me nervous. I didn't like the wait time either. Overall, I just went for a cleaning and they give you free whitening trays, gel, and make a mold of your teeth (see photo). I would go back. More

So I was afraid of the dentist for years. Which is quite ironic as I used to model and smile all the time (and people LOVE my smile - just saying!). What they did not realize is that I was hiding two areas of broken and rotted teeth in the back of my mouth. Finally at the advice of my sister I decided to get it addressed. The last experience before Mint was horrendous. The staff was rude and demeaning and made me feel horrible for not having perfect teeth. As soon as I walked k to MINT I was greeted warmly and with smiles and the assurance that I would be well cared for. And boy was I! Not only is the environment modern and comfy (no sterile white walls and chrome fixtures) but all of the staff was welcoming and super nice. My favorite is my dental hygienist Liz. She is a ray of sunshine and also quite knowledgeable and extremely good at her job. She reassured me that the whole deep cleaning and extraction procedures would be very bearable and sounded much worse than they would be. She was right. As soon as I left and got into my car my smile was BRILLIANT!!! The best thing is that MINT dentistry will work with you for planning a procedure schedule that will allow you to affordable manage repairs maintenance and cleaning. In network or out of network Hands down, I am a now a fan of MINT and highly refer them to anyone looking for a great dental office on the DFW area. Oh and did I tell you they have free white whitening?? Absolutely FREE! So what are you waiting for - get back to smiling! More

So I had heard the constant commercials on the radio about how great this dental office was and I thought it was lie. Boy this office is amazing and my experience was so pleasant. I haven't had my teeth cleaned in years because my previous experience was so unpleasant. This office has given me a new outlook on dentistry. My teeth feel so clean but they don't hurt and I got a deep cleaning. The staff is so amazing, customer service was impeccable. I just don't have anything bad to say about this facility. For once I am looking forward to my next dental visit. Thank you! More

Went there for a basic cleaning after moving to the area. Loved it. They give you their little branded sunglasses to block the light during the cleaning, and offer their branded headphones as well for you to listen to music if you want to (I didn't take that but still). They also have Netflix / Pandora etc Besides what they have the entire staff is very friendly and easy to talk to. Will continue to go here More

I love Mint Dentistry, I just had a exam today and they make the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable to say the least. Jessica the assistant talked me through everything literally holding my hand through it all. Dr. Wills performed my exam and explained the best course of action. Erika the Hygienist got me together and educated me on proper cleaning for my specific situation. Lastly Dr. Sinha removed one of these wisdom teeth that had been could've caused me so many problems, and made me feel so comfortable while she was doing it.
